Start off by taking X into Crescent Grizzly’s stage and jump into the opening on the very left or going into Volt Kraken’s stage and using the pitfalls. The higher your hunter rank, the stronger the boss as well. The closer the game gets to the deadline, the higher their level. As you play the game, the Maverick bosses will level up. So first and foremost, you do not want to play the game on easy as this makes the Mavericks level 1 all the time.
The hunter rank of the current character adds a certain value. This is a bit misleading, as your hours left still decreases even after you shoot Enigma and launch the shuttle. The hours left determines the base level of bosses. There is a pretty deep trick to getting the eight upgrade parts.
